Tradelog

Terms of Use

Last updated: 9 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and [Your business name] ("we") for your use of Tradelog. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Tradelog is an online journal where you record and review your own trades. It is currently in beta: features may change, and the service may have bugs or interruptions.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. The information you give us must be true.

3. Your account

One account per mobile number. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens under your account. If password reset is not available and you forget your password, we may be unable to recover your account.

4. Not financial advice

Tradelog is a record-keeping tool. It does not give investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Trading involves a risk of loss and you alone are responsible for your decisions.

Calculations (profit and loss, risk, R, pips, currency conversion) are estimates based on what you enter and on standard contract sizes. Brokers differ. Always check important figures against your broker's statements.

5. Your content

You own your journal data and screenshots. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. Do not upload anything unlawful or that you have no right to share.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attack, overload or scrape the service, try to access other people's accounts, get around limits, or use it for anything illegal.

7. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, limit or stop features. You can download your data at any time from the Account page.

8. Paid plans

The service is free during beta. If we add paid plans we will tell you well in advance, and you will not be charged unless you choose to subscribe.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for trading losses, lost profits, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in [Your city] have jurisdiction, unless the law gives you the right to go elsewhere.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and tell you in the app. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms.
